Victoria Beckham Stuns Wedding Guests with Shocking Move That Made Bride Flee in Tears

What was meant to be Brooklyn and Nicola’s romantic moment turned into a dramatic spotlight twist involving the former Spice Girl

Victoria Beckham allegedly stole the spotlight during Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding dance moment leaving guests in disbelief and the bride in tears.

A wedding meant to unite two high-profile families turned unexpectedly dramatic when Victoria Beckham allegedly stole the spotlight at her son Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding to actress Nicola Peltz, leaving the bride emotionally devastated.

The extravagant 2022 ceremony was attended by A-list guests, including Grammy-winning singer Marc Anthony, who was invited to perform live during the reception. According to sources close to the Peltz family, the performance took an awkward turn when Marc Anthony called out, “The most beautiful woman in the room tonight, come on up…Victoria Beckham!”

That very moment, insiders say, had been pre-planned as a romantic dance between Brooklyn and Nicola. Instead, it reportedly became a shocking tribute to the groom’s mother, leaving the bride visibly upset. “Nicola felt Victoria did this on purpose,” a source told Page Six, adding that “she ran out of the room in tears.”

The emotional fallout didn’t end there. Witnesses described the atmosphere in the room as “stunned” and “awkwardly silent.” One insider said, “It was such a jaw-dropping moment… it wasn’t appropriate. You could hear a pin drop.”

While the families appeared to mend fences publicly in the months that followed — even liking each other’s posts on social media — the rift between the Beckhams and the Peltz couple seems far from resolved. Fans recently noted that Brooklyn and Nicola skipped David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration, reigniting rumors of ongoing family tensions.

Initially, it was reported that the couple had a falling out with Brooklyn’s brother, Romeo Beckham, but later sources confirmed that the feud involves the entire Beckham family. According to insiders, there’s a strong desire from both David and Victoria Beckham to repair the relationship, but close friends say “it’s a long road ahead” given the deep emotional wounds.

The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer, 51, has yet to publicly address the incident, and a request for comment by Page Six reportedly went unanswered. For Nicola, who has remained largely silent, the moment reportedly “felt like a betrayal during what was supposed to be her fairytale wedding.”

As the world watches this family feud unfold, it’s clear that what happened at the wedding left an indelible mark—not just on Nicola, but on the dynamic between two of the most talked-about celebrity families.

Sabrina Carpenter stuns in her Manchild video, teasing a new Prada Beauty launch with a bag of banana candies and a full glam look.

Sabrina Carpenter has officially entered her beauty icon era—again. Just one day after dropping her sultry new single Manchild, the pop star stunned fans with a retro-chic music video that serves more than just aesthetics. Alongside her cheeky lyrics and 1970s-inspired styling, Carpenter snuck in a major Prada Beauty Easter egg—and it’s got fans (and beauty insiders) buzzing.

Shot in a dusty desert straight out of a spaghetti western, the Manchild music video follows the 26-year-old singer as she saunters down a desolate road, rocking denim shorts, a tied-up blouse, and silver heels. But the real head-turner? A bag of Prada-branded banana candies, casually munched on by Carpenter as she plays coy with the camera.

While it may seem like a quirky styling prop, sources suggest the bananas are a nod to Prada’s iconic banana print from the Spring 2011 collection—and even more intriguing, a teaser for a brand-new, unreleased Prada Beauty product set to launch this June. That’s right: a sweet treat hiding a sweeter reveal.

This isn’t Carpenter’s first rodeo with Prada Beauty. Since becoming a creative collaborator with the brand in 2024, she’s helped launch several of its standout products, including the Color Changing Lip Balm in Astral Pink, featured in her Please, Please, Please music video. Her Taste video even included a subtle swipe of Prada lipstick, sealing her image as a glam assassin of heartbreak.

In Manchild, the glam goes full throttle. Carpenter’s face is a flawless canvas for some of Prada Beauty’s latest must-haves, including the Light Highlighter in shade 02 Pink, Refine Blurring Extending Primer, and the Reveal Skin-Optimizing Soft Matte Foundation in multiple shades to match her glow. For the eyes, she wore the Dimensions Multi-Effect Eyeshadow Palette in 01 Portrait, along with the Pradalines Waterproof Eye Pencils and the Pradascope Lash Lifting Mascara—a look that’s already going viral across social platforms.

As fans decode the music video for signs—some suspect it’s aimed at a certain Irish actor with whom Carpenter reportedly parted ways—the pop star is showing she’s more than just a hitmaker. She’s a marketing powerhouse, seamlessly blending beauty, fashion, and storytelling into one unforgettable visual.

The Manchild release follows weeks of cryptic teasers, including billboard campaigns across Interstate 69 and a now-viral silent teaser video featuring Carpenter hitchhiking in true old-Hollywood fashion. With Short n’ Sweet, her 2024 album, still riding high and a Lollapalooza headline slot coming next month, Carpenter is in full command of her narrative.

Prada Beauty, developed in partnership with L’Oréal, continues to push boundaries, championing individuality and self-expression over traditional beauty standards. “Beauty today is the representation of one’s personality, freedom and self-confidence,” co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons said at the line’s launch—a vision Carpenter brings to life with style and flair.

With Manchild, Sabrina isn’t just calling out toxic men—she’s also reminding us she’s the face of a generation that refuses to compromise on self-worth or good skin.

Muslim devotees gather for Eid al-Adha prayers at a mosque in Hyderabad, India, on June 7, 2025.

Today, Saturday, June 7, 2025, Muslims across Asia are celebrating Eid al-Adha, also known as Bakrid, one of the most significant festivals in the Islamic calendar. The date of the celebration varies globally due to differences in moon sightings; while countries like Saudi Arabia and Indonesia observed the festival on June 6, nations including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh are marking it today.

Eid al-Adha commemorates the unwavering faith of Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham), who was willing to sacrifice his son in obedience to God’s command. In remembrance of this act of devotion, Muslims perform the ritual of Qurbani, the sacrifice of an animal, and distribute the meat among family, friends, and those in need.

In Indonesia, home to the world’s largest Muslim population, the celebrations began with congregational prayers at mosques and open fields. Communities gathered to perform the sacrificial rites, emphasizing the spirit of sharing and compassion.

In India, vibrant markets in cities like Hyderabad have been bustling with activity as families prepare for the festivities. The day commenced with special prayers at mosques and Eidgahs, followed by the Qurbani ritual. Traditional dishes such as biryani, kebabs, and sheer khurma are being prepared, and the meat from the sacrifices is shared with neighbors and the underprivileged, embodying the festival’s essence of generosity.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his greetings to the nation, highlighting Eid al-Adha as a festival that inspires sacrifice and unity. He emphasized the importance of coming together in harmony and reflecting on the values that the festival promotes.

As the celebrations continue, the festival serves as a reminder of the virtues of faith, obedience, and charity, bringing communities together in a shared spirit of devotion and goodwill.

Saudi Arabia Celebrates Eid al-Adha 2025: A Day of Devotion and Unity

Kingdom observes the Festival of Sacrifice on Friday, June 6, with prayers, Qurbani, and acts of charity

Worshippers gather at the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca for Eid al-Adha prayers on June 6, 2025.

On Friday, June 6, 2025, Saudi Arabia observed Eid al-Adha, one of the most significant festivals in Islam. The date was determined following the sighting of the Dhul Hijjah crescent moon on May 27, marking the beginning of the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah on May 28. Consequently, Arafat Day was commemorated on Thursday, June 5, followed by Eid al-Adha on June 6.

Eid al-Adha, also known as the “Festival of Sacrifice,” honors Prophet Ibrahim’s unwavering faith and obedience to Allah. According to Islamic tradition, Ibrahim was willing to sacrifice his son Ismail in submission to God’s command. However, Allah intervened and provided a ram to sacrifice instead, symbolizing divine mercy and the importance of devotion.

The day commenced with congregational prayers held at mosques and open grounds across the Kingdom, including the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina. Worshippers, dressed in traditional attire, gathered to perform the special Eid prayers, seeking blessings and expressing gratitude.

Following the prayers, Muslims performed the ritual of Qurbani, the sacrifice of livestock such as sheep, goats, cows, or camels. The meat from the sacrifice was distributed in three parts: one-third for the family, one-third for relatives and friends, and one-third for the less fortunate, embodying the spirit of sharing and compassion.

Eid al-Adha also coincides with the culmination of the Hajj pilgrimage, one of the Five Pillars of Islam. Pilgrims in Mecca engaged in the stoning of the devil ritual in Mina, symbolizing the rejection of evil and reaffirming their commitment to faith.

The Saudi government declared public holidays from June 6 to June 8, allowing citizens and residents to partake in the festivities and spend time with family and friends.

As the Kingdom celebrated Eid al-Adha, the values of sacrifice, obedience, and charity were at the forefront, reinforcing the principles that underpin the Islamic faith and fostering a sense of unity and spiritual renewal among the Muslim community.
